Refund and cancellation policy

The sample size calculator is free, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy applies to paid features when they launch.

Credits you have not used

You can ask for a full refund of credits you have not used within 7 days of buying them.

Credits you have used

Used credits are not refundable. If a fault on our side stopped you from getting a result, we will restore the credits or refund them, whichever you prefer.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was taken but no credits were added, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the extra amount in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@doctoraledgeservices.com with the payment ID, the date and the amount. We reply within 2 working days.

When you receive the money

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the account or card you paid from. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellation

Credits are bought one pack at a time and do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel.
